Orders

Your order should first be sent to us via e-mail. Upon receipt our sales department will send an invoice confirming order specifications, prices, date of delivery and the bank account to send payment to.

Ways of payments

Payments can be made via:

a) Pay Pal.
b) Bank transfer.

• Orders which total a net amount less than 2,500 € must be paid when the order is confirmed.

• Orders which total a net amount greater than 2,500 € can be done in the following two manners:

The total amount is paid up-front and the client receives a 2% pre-payment discount.

50% of the total amount is paid up-front when the order is confirmed and the remaining 50% is paid prior to shipment (this option is only available to orders that take longer than three weeks to process).

A) Spain (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).

B) Other countries.

C) Minimum net amount for delivery 100 €

Delivery dates

The company will establish a delivery date in the initial invoice taking into account that most of the products are handmade and sometimes personalised. The minimum time to process an order is 24 hours.

Returns

Our Vaquerahorse products are handmade with premium high quality materials and they offer the highest possible warranty.

If you are not satisfied with the delivered product you have the option to return the product as long as this is communicated to us within 7 days of the date of receipt. The product, including the original packaging, must be returned in perfect condition.

The original cost of return is assumed by the buyer. However, if we note that the product is in fact defective, we will also reimburse for the cost of return. Please note that the buyer must consult with us on the cost of return prior to sending to be eligible for this refund.

We provide the option of full refund or of product replacement in cases of defective product.

Warranty policy

The warranty of our products is established according to the law during a period of two years beginning with the date of delivery. The warranty covers manufacturing defects exclusively, AND DOES NOT COVER negligence, rough handling, customized adjustments, inappropriate usage, or wear and tear.

The manufacturing defect warranties offer the buyer the options of product replacement or refund.

Price list & taxes

The price list may change without previous notice due to market fluctuations. Our prices include a 16% VAT for customers in the European Union (except Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla).
